As of 8/14/2021 COVTR will no long be able to offer a full refund for VTR Convention entry Fees.  Between 8/14 and 8/21 a 50% refund will be given.  After 8/21/21 no refund for entry fees can be given.  Any cancelations can be emailed to COVTRPRES@gmail.com.
